Bannana Republic Watch

Via the Center for Media and Democracy, the ACLU has sued on behalf of two citizens who were removed from a Presidential town hall meeting because their car had a "No blood for oil" bumper sticker. The ACLU has also obtained a heavily redacted manual from the White House which details tactics for cleansing Presidential appearances of dissent.

The manual includes the recommendation to form "Rally Squads" - preferably to be comprised of "college/young republican organizations, local athletic teams, and fraternities/sororities" - which are to hold signs in front of protestor signs and to outchant protestors if protestors are chanting ... basically, it's the job of the "Rally Squad" to block the protestors from view, which should already be made easier by the designation of blocked off areas (outside of media view) specifically for protestors to be placed. The manual states that if all else fails to get Secret Service to remove the protestors.
