Question of the day

From Danny Schecter

Explain this to me: Why do so few of our TV “journalists” and political reporters seem interested in all the questions that have been raised about the integrity of our voting system?

Because there's no money or power in reporting that the current political class is or may be inherently illegitimate. There is, on the other hand, plenty of money and power in propping up the Washington elite.

Hmm... There's not much about fake news in the news either.

(If there is a better way to do this Hume's Ghost, just let me know. I didn't want to tamper with your formatting. Can the link tags be used?)

Funny, you should mention that. I was going to do a follow-up question of the day tomorrow that linked to the Center for Media and Democracy's summary of the report that led to the FCC investigation.

To link to an article, type:
a href="http.www.etc" surrounded by <>
then write whatever you want to call the link, followed by /a in the last <>

Thanks Hume's Ghost, I'll try to remember that for next time. Also, great site you pointed out there - I added it to my favorites.
